THANK YOU!

Thank you to everyone who came out for the 2017 Computing Career Fair! It was a wonderful event, and hopefully everyone walked away with a few potential opportunities! Keep an eye on this space next year for details about the 2018 CCF!

Welcome Reception

Wednesday, September 6, 2017 from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Shively Club (West side of Ross Ade Stadium)

This is a non-resume event that provides you a great opportunity to meet and network with many of the company recruiters who will be at the career fair the following day. You’ll be able to build a connection with many of these recruiters in a business casual environment, and hopefully they’ll remember you when you visit them at the career fair!

Career Fair

Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the Cordova Recreational Sports Center

There are over 100┬ácompanies attending this year. The companies range from IT consulting to software development; from Fortune 100 to small software startups. Bring about 20 resumes! (or more if you’re ambitious) Bring a game plan and an elevator pitch! Identify which companies you most want to talk to. Most will have time to reasonably talk to 5-10 companies. Dress code is business formal.
